How to upgrade from an Individual Retail Investor to a Qualified Investor

A qualified investor is a high-net-worth individual who meets any of the following criteria:

Qualified Investor Status	Asset Proof Documents
Net Assets My net assets are not less than AED 3,500,000 (or equivalent in foreign currency)	You may provide an official statement issued by a financial institution within the last 3 months, such as a bank statement or a brokerage monthly statement.
Income My annual income is not less than AED700,000 (or equivalent in foreign currency)	You may provide a salary certificate stamped by your employer, a tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, or your bank statements showing salary deposits within the last 3 months.

2. Click "Upgrade Now"

 

3. Complete the virtual asset knowledge assessment questionnaire

*Maximum 2 attempts per 24 hours. A minimum of 6 correct answers is required to pass each assessment.

4. After completing the virtual asset knowledge assessment questionnaire, select your qualified investor status, upload Asset Proof Documents, and click "Submit".
