Corporate Account Opening Process

1. Contact the Designated Email
To initiate the corporate account opening process, please send an email to [e-mail] stating your interest in opening an account. You will receive the corporate onboarding pack and a checklist of required documents in response.

2. Receive and Complete the Onboarding Pack
After receiving the corporate onboarding pack, please complete the application forms and prepare all required documentation based on our document checklist.

3. KYC Requirements for MENA Corporate Onboarding
Submit the fully completed application forms along with all supporting documents. All submitted materials must be valid, accurate, and complete. In cases where certain documents cannot be provided, please include a detailed written explanation for their absence.
- Documents must be in the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf.
- If your documents are not in English, please submit both the original and the English translation version. The translation version must be notarized by lawyers or legal translators.
- Documents should be certified as true copies by professionals (e.g., lawyers, accountants, company secretaries, notaries) or public officials, and must be in English (or provided with an official English translation).
HashKey MENA reserves the right to request more information or clarification of the information provided and has the right to refuse applications that are incomplete or do not include the required proof documents.

4. Await Document Review
Our KYC team will conduct a thorough review of your submission. Should any additional information or clarification be required, we will contact you directly via email.

5. Internal System Entry and Approval
Following successful verification of your documents, your information will be registered in our internal systems and processed through our standard approval workflow.

6. Account Opening Notification
