Important notes for submitting identity verification documents?

HashKey MENA uses advanced automated signature and pixel analysis technology to verify the supporting documents you provide, ensuring that the uploaded files have not been tampered with. To ensure your information is successfully verified, please check the following before submitting proof of residence documents:
HashKey MENA currently only accepts international standard passports, government-recognized ID documents or residence permits. When submitting identity verification, please note the following:

Document format:
- Acceptable formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG;
- The file size must not be smaller than 100 KB, with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Document upload:
- The document must be an unaltered personal document, with the face photo clearly displaying facial features and contours.
- The document must be an original color photo (static image) or scan; screenshots or photos uploaded from social media are not acceptable.
- If both sides of the document contain relevant information, both sides must be uploaded.
- Ensure that the document is not expired within the next three months.
- All text content on the document must be clearly visible, including the full name, date of birth, nationality, document number, barcode, period of validity, Machine Readable Zone (MRZ), and any other important information.
- The entire document, including all corners, must be visible and free from foreign objects, graphical elements, scratches, stains, tears, reflections, or foreign bodies. Documents should not have been edited or converted using software.
