Why did my fiat deposit to HashKey MENA fail?

A fiat deposit may fail due to one or more of the following reasons:

- The bank you are using to make the deposit is not located in a jurisdiction approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. Please refer to In which countries/regions can banks deposit funds into my HashKey MENA account?
- The deposit is made from a bank account that is not in your name (for example, payments from friends, family, or clients, or payroll transfers from an employer).
- The deposit is made through a third-party service (such as Western Union, Wise, or Stripe). HashKey MENA only accepts direct bank transfers.
- The deposit is made from a joint bank account (for example, an account in the name of "John Smith & Jane Doe"). Deposits from joint accounts will not be accepted.
