Why is my bank showing a successful transfer, but my HashKey account has not been credited?

Interbank transfers take time to process. Therefore, even if your bank indicates that the transfer has been completed, it does not necessarily mean that HashKey  MENA has received the funds. Once HashKey MENA receives the funds, we will process your deposit immediately. In general:
1) Transfers via TT/SWIFT usually take between 1-3 business days to reach HashKey.
2) If your transfer involves a third-party payment channel, it may affect the retrieval of bank account details between banks, which may result in the return of your transfer. The exact date of the return will depend on your bank's processing schedule. Please contact your bank directly for details.
If there is an unusually long delay, please contact your bank to verify the status of your transfer.
