Starting from 30 April 2026, you may invite your friends to join HashKey MENA and earn 5 USDT for each successful invitation. After registration, you can obtain your invitation code or invitation link on the “Invite Friends” campaign page.

 

Campaign Rules

1. During the campaign period, if a friend you invite accumulates a total spot trading volume of 500 USDT or more within 30 days of registration, you will receive 5 USDT for each such friend. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you earn.
2. Invitation rewards will be distributed within T+3 days. Rewards obtained through invitations may be used for trading, conversion, withdrawals, and other permitted purposes.
3. You may view your invitation details and reward status on the [Invite Friends] page.
4. Invitation rewards are only available to individual clients and corporate clients (including companies and institutions). Other account types are not eligible for rewards. Corporate clients may not act as invitees.
5. The maximum reward cap for a single user is 15,000 USDT per month.The number of event rewards is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.If you reach the reward cap, you may continue to refer friends, but any rewards beyond the cap will not be counted.
6. Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines. Any conduct that may be inconsistent with these rules or adversely affect the experience of other clients, as determined solely by HashKey MENA, may result in disqualification from the campaign and forfeiture of all rewards obtained during the campaign period.Participation will be disqualified in the event of any of the following actions, including but not limited to: (1) using social media accounts similar to HashKey MENA to solicit users, including but not limited to X, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.; (2) soliciting users while impersonating HashKey MENA in an official capacity; (3) using multiple accounts for self-invitation.
7. By choosing to participate in this campaign, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with the rules and terms applicable to this campaign, as well as the relevant disclaimers and risk warnings.
8. Users participating in the referral program can earn rewards by inviting friends to register and complete designated tasks. However, please note that referred users are under no obligation to trade, and referrers may not coerce, induce, or exert undue pressure on referred users to trade. HashKey will monitor all referral programmes and any user found in violation of this rule will result in the referrer losing their reward eligibility.
9. This campaign is not targeted at any specific country and expressly excludes users from, including but not limited to, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. Users participating in this program manage and conduct their promotional activities independently, and HashKey MENA shall not be responsible for any activities or actions related thereto.

Terms and Conditions

1. Each new HashKey MENA user may only be referred once. Based on our internal records, only the HashKey MENA invitation code used by the referrer in the first successful referral will be used to determine eligibility for this campaign. Such determination shall be based on HashKey MENA’s system records.
2. HashKey MENA reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in this campaign, revoke any rewards obtained through fraud or abuse, and request additional information for investigation purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, falsified identity verification information, and any activities associated with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
3. Due to internal controls, system issues, or other special circumstances, HashKey MENA may delay the distribution of rewards under this campaign.
4. HashKey MENA has the right to suspend, freeze, or block user accounts and assets in such accounts in accordance with applicable laws or the HashKey MENA Terms of Service.
5. In order to comply with local laws and regulations, certain services, features, and this campaign may not be available in your region, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, Malta, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong.
6. Participants in this campaign must confirm and represent that they have not engaged in any conduct or activity that may constitute any criminal, civil, or regulatory violation, including but not limited to violations of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, or other general laws or regulations. This includes bribery (including accepting, offering, giving, inducing, or encouraging any person to accept or provide any unauthorized advantage, reward, benefit, or incentive), improper influence over any agent, or dishonest or fraudulent conduct toward any principal.
7. HashKey MENA reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or cancel the campaign/program or the eligibility of any participant due to internal controls, system issues, or other circumstances, without prior notice and without liability.
8. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey MENA and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey MENA reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding the campaign rules and rewards.
9. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to the acquisition, holding, use, or trading of digital assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in this program is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you satisfy any required legal and regulatory obligations.
