HashKey MENA will undergo a system upgrade on June 16, 2026, 03:00 - 15:00 (UTC+4). During the upgrade, all HashKey MENA services will be suspended. Please be noted:

• All pending orders will be removed;
• Cryptocurrency and fiat currency deposits will be temporarily suspended. Deposits will be processed automatically after the upgrade.
• All API requests will be temporarily suspended, API withdrawal requests will not be processed.

 

The service will automatically resume after the system upgrade; there will be no further notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
