Terms and Conditions of HashKey MENA Promotional Campaigns

1. These Terms and Conditions govern promotional campaigns offered by HashKey MENA, a virtual asset service provider operated by HashKey MENA FZE, which is licensed by Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority for (i) Exchange Services and (ii) Broker-Dealer Services (VASP Reference: VL/25/03/002).
2. By participating in any HashKey MENA promotional campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules published on HashKey MENA's officially designated communication channels. Participants must read and expressly acknowledge all applicable terms.
3. Promotional campaigns allow eligible participants to earn rewards ("Rewards") for completing specified tasks, such as account registration. Participants must meet the age of majority and other eligibility requirements in their jurisdiction. HashKey MENA may also distribute special promotional codes for claiming extra Rewards.
4. Campaign duration is limited to specified time periods as published on HashKey MENA's official communication channels. Any changes to the campaign period will be notified to participants in advance and will not affect Rewards already earned.
5. HashKey MENA may cancel or forfeit Rewards at its discretion, such as for failure to timely claim Rewards or comply with applicable rules. HashKey MENA reserves the right to modify Rewards due to unforeseen circumstances outside its control. Rewards are also subject to availability based on local laws and regulations.
6. HashKey MENA may in its sole discretion at any time amend the campaign rules or disqualify participants for violation of these Terms and Conditions or unfair advantage, at any time without notice.
7. Rewards may not be used for any illegal activities. HashKey MENA may cancel Rewards suspected of unlawful use.
8. HashKey MENA reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraud, multiple accounts, automation, or other unfair advantages.
9. HashKey MENA's decisions regarding campaign eligibility, Rewards, and other matters are final and binding. HashKey MENA has no obligation to review or reconsider any decision.
10. By participating in this campaign, you agree that we may collect, retain, process, and disclose your personal data that you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the collection, retention, processing, or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, please do not participate in a campaign.
11. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold, unless otherwise stated.
12. HashKey MENA disclaims any warranties and liability regarding Reward redemption and use, to the extent permitted by law.
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashKey MENA, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in a campiagn, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breach of statutory participants rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. In order to comply with local regulations, certain features or Rewards may not be available in your region. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes related to Rewards.
15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. Any disputes will be subject to Hong Kong courts.
16. RISK WARNING APPLICABLE TO ALL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS INVOLVING HSK: Please be aware that HSK is now listed and available for trading on several exchanges. However, it may still be subject to various trading restrictions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These restrictions may include limiting HSK trading solely to eligible professional investors in select locations and subject to regulatory approval. There is also no guarantee of the continued listing status of HSK on any exchange. The trading of HSK may be suspended and HSK may be delisted due to reasons beyond HashKey Group’s control. The value of HSK remains subject to substantial risk and may diminish or fluctuate significantly in response to various market conditions and other factors beyond HashKey Group’s control. HashKey Group and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, in relation to HSK or any rewards and disclaim any liability relating thereto.

  17. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any court of competent jurisdiction or any other relevant authority, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions to the extent necessary to cure such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, without affecting the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  18.    For participants located in the United Arab Emirates, these Terms and Conditions may be made available in Arabic to ensure accessibility and compliance with local consumer protection requirements. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.

PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THEIR CONDUCT COMPLIES WITH LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. HASHKEY MENA RESERVES THE FINAL RIGHT TO DECIDE ON THE SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS AND REWARDS OF ALL CAMPAIGNS. HASHKEY MENA MAY MODIFY OR TERMINATE ANY CAMPAIGN AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY. EACH CAMPAIGN IS ONLY OPEN TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS. FRAUDULENT MEANS TO OBTAIN UNFAIR BENEFITS ARE PROHIBITED. VIOLATORS WILL HAVE THEIR ELIGIBILITY CANCELLED IF DISCOVERED. BY PARTICIPATING IN A CAMPAIGN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HASHKEY MENA MAY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS PRIVACY POLICY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO SUCH USE UNDER THE TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY.
