[Important Notice] HashKey Global App Mandatory Upgrade and Service Migration

Dear HashKey users,
 

Thank you for your continued trust and support.
 

To provide you with a higher-quality and more convenient product experience, we have recently fully integrated the services (MENA and Global) previously offered on the HashKey Global App into the HashKey Exchange App. Going forward, we will continue to deliver superior trading services and product experiences centered around this platform.
 

In line with our platform integration plan, the original HashKey Global App will officially cease service at 13:00 (UTC+4) on September 1, 2026, and a mandatory upgrade will be enforced. After that time, the old version of the HashKey Global App will no longer be accessible or usable.
 

To ensure your continued access to your account and normal trading operations, if you have not yet downloaded the HashKey Exchange App, please do so as soon as possible and migrate to the new client.
 

Download Methods: Please visit the official download link or search for "HashKey Exchange" in major app stores to download the latest version.

Login and Asset Migration Instructions:

• You can log in directly using your existing email/mobile number and password; no account re-registration is required.
• Your account assets, KYC status, historical orders, and deposit/withdrawal records have been securely and seamlessly carried forward. No additional actions are needed.
