Campaign Rules

1. Only individual clients and corporate clients, including companies and institutions, are eligible to receive commission rebates. Other account types are not eligible for rebate rewards. Rebate calculations include the trading contribution of individual clients and sub-accounts; corporate and institutional accounts are not counted as referred users for rebate reward calculation.
2. After a participant submits the Affiliate Partner Questionnaire, we will contact you via [e-mail] for confirmation. You may officially become an affiliate partner only after passing the DDQ (Due Diligence Questionnaire). Participation eligibility is therefore subject to the DDQ, as well as ongoing sanctions screening and PEP screening. HashKey MENA may suspend, restrict, or terminate eligibility at any time based on screening results or adverse findings.
3. Once a referred user completes registration and KYC on HashKey MENA, the inviter becomes eligible for commission rebates. Commission rates are agreed individually with each partner and range from 50% to 70%, based on factors including the outcome of the due diligence questionnaire, the partner's profile, audience, and expected contribution. The rate applicable to each partner will be confirmed in writing at the point of onboarding.
4. Fair use and monitoring. The inviter may receive a rebate based on a certain percentage of the trading fees actually contributed by the referred user’s completed trades, and such rebate will be distributed in USDT. HashKey MENA monitors referral activity and may review any participant against fair-use principles, including volume and velocity of referrals, trading patterns across referred accounts, concentration from common sources, and activity inconsistent with organic partner growth.
5. Where HashKey MENA determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a participant's activity is inconsistent with fair use or presents a heightened risk of abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Rules, HashKey MENA may ：

• apply additional caps,
• suspend or reduce rebate accrual,
• reclaim rebates distributed, or
• terminate participation, without prior notice

6. Rewards are distributed on a T+1 basis, and rebates are calculated only when the account status remains normal. If you still have not received the reward within 48 hours after meeting the rebate distribution conditions, please contact customer service and we will follow up promptly.
7. Rebate rewards generated by referred users will begin to accrue only after the inviter has completed identity verification. All rebate rewards will be calculated based on the net trading fees actually contributed by the referred users’ executed orders and converted into USDT according to the actual execution time of the relevant orders. The final reward amount shall be subject to the information displayed on the logged-in page under [Affiliate Program] – [Rebate Details].
8. If both the inviter and the referred user satisfy the relevant reward eligibility requirements under their HashKey accounts, the referral rewards may take effect accordingly.
9. You may view your referral details on the [Affiliate Program] page. After receiving rewards, you may check your rebate rewards on the [My Account] page.
10. Rebate rewards are calculated to two decimal places. If the total trading fees contributed by a single referred user in a single day are less than 0.01 USDT, such amount will not be counted toward rebate rewards, and the corresponding referral record and rebate details will not be displayed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Each new HashKey MENA user may only be referred once. According to our internal records, only the HashKey MENA invitation code used in the first successful referral will be used to determine eligibility for participation in this campaign. Such eligibility shall be determined based on HashKey MENA’s system records.
2. HashKey MENA reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in this campaign, revoke any rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct, and request additional information for the purpose of investigation, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, falsified identity verification information, and any activities connected with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
3. Referred users are under no obligation to trade, deposit, or use any services on the HashKey MENA platform. Participants must not coerce, induce, or apply undue pressure on any referred user to trade, or to trade at any particular frequency or volume.
4. Due to internal controls, system issues, or other exceptional circumstances, HashKey MENA may delay the distribution of rewards under this campaign. If you have any questions, please contact customer service and we will follow up promptly.
5. HashKey MENA has the right, in accordance with applicable laws or the HashKey MENA Terms of Service, to suspend, freeze, or block user accounts and assets held in such accounts.
6. By participating in this campaign, each participant confirms and represents that they have not engaged, in any manner, in any conduct or activity that may constitute any criminal, civil, or regulatory violation, including but not limited to any breach of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, or other applicable laws or regulations. This includes bribery, including accepting, receiving, offering, giving, soliciting, or inducing any person to accept or provide any unauthorized advantage, reward, benefit, or incentive, improper influence over any person, or any dishonest or fraudulent conduct toward any principal.
7. Participants must not, in any referral content:

• represent or imply capital protection, guaranteed returns, guaranteed profits, or risk-free trading,provide investment advice or personalized recommendations; or
• publish unlabeled paid promotions or incentivized promotional content, and all such content must be clearly disclosed.
• use of HashKey MENA, HashKey Group, or VARA logos, trademarks, or regulator names without prior written approval;
• posting profit-and-loss screenshots or trading results as promotional material

8. In order to comply with local regulations, certain services, features, and this promotional campaign may not be available in your region, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong, participants must not target referral content at audiences in these jurisdictions.
9. HashKey MENA reserves the right, at any time, to review, amend, whether before or after publication, or require the removal of any content published by participants, if any. Any content published by participants must not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or any other rights. Such content must not contain false statements, misleading information, defamation, malicious disparagement, pornography, obscenity, unlawful content, offensive material, or any other improper content. Participants further authorize HashKey MENA to repost or republish such content and warrant that all content published by them complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
10. HashKey MENA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to amend, modify, or cancel this campaign/program or any participant’s eligibility due to internal controls, system issues, or other circumstances, without prior notice and without liability.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey MENA and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey MENA reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding the program rules and rewards.
12. Each participant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to the acquisition, holding, use, or trading of digital assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in this program is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you satisfy any required legal and regulatory obligations.
13. Participants in this campaign do not represent HashKey MENA and must not expressly or impliedly state that they are speaking on behalf of HashKey MENA. Each participant warrants that any conduct undertaken by them as a referrer complies with all applicable laws, including any applicable advertising, social media, and/or competition rules, as well as any laws and regulations issued by governmental authorities, and with the platform terms of HashKey MENA.
14. Participants must comply with HashKey MENA's KOL Dos and Don'ts, as published and updated from time to time. Those guidelines form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference, and any breach of the Dos and Don'ts constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
