Due to network upgrade and hard fork, HashKey MENA will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals of Ethereum (ETH) Network starting at 21:00 on December 3, 2025 (UTC). In support of the upgrade, deposits and withdrawals of tokens on Arbitrum, Base, HashKey, Plasma will also be suspended.
Deposits and withdrawals for the aforementioned networks will resume once the network upgrades are completed. No further announcements will be made.
