HashKey's Whistleblowing Policy provides a secure and confidential way for employees, partners, and stakeholders to report concerns about potential misconduct, regulatory breaches, or unethical behavior. Employees are expected to report any actual or suspected violations of policies, laws, or rules, including any activities that may compromise the company’s integrity or expose it to risk. This responsibility extends to concerns about their own actions, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.

 

Examples of reportable conduct include:

• Actual or potential misconduct
• Failure to comply with legal obligations or regulations
• Dangers to health and safety
• Criminal activity
• Market manipulation
• Insider dealing
• Improper or unlawful disclosure of inside information
• Breaches of client confidentiality
• Fraud or improper payments
• Financial irregularities
• Unethical or improper conduct

 

HashKey MENA strictly adheres to the HashKey Group Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy, which mandates a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of bribery, corruption, or unethical inducements.

No HashKey Group employee may solicit, accept, or offer any undue benefit (monetary, gifts, hospitality, or otherwise) from clients, suppliers, or third parties in connection with company business. Any advantage that could compromise objectivity, influence decision-making, or create a perception of impropriety must be declined and reported.
